President Paul Kagame on Thursday hosted a reception in honour of Barbados Prime Minister, Mia Amor Mottley, and her delegation as they conclude their visit to Rwanda.
In the words of Kagame, “We, Rwanda and Barbados, are both small countries but with a big vision to elevate the standard and quality of life for our people”.
