Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary, Amb. Ahmed Closes Finance Attachés Capacity Building Programme, Meets Rwandan Counterpart.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD, officially closed the 3rd Finance Attachés Annual Training and Conference, held in Kigali, Rwanda from 23rd –26th February 2026.
The four-day capacity-building programme for Finance Attachés of Nigerian Diplomatic Missions was centred on the Rendition of Statutory Returns and Measures in Averting Audit Queries.
In a similar development, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, met with his Rwandan counterpart, Ambassador Fidelis Mironko, on Thursday 25th February 2026, in Kigali.
Discussions during the meeting were centered on deepening Nigeria-Rwanda bilateral cooperation across key areas of mutual interest.
