President Mahama Recieves Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis At Jubilee House.

On Wednesday 4th March, 2026 the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama held consultations with the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Terrance Michael Drew who is on a four-day Official Visit to Ghana.

The discussions focused on enhancing the bilateral relations in various sectors for the mutual benefits of the citizens of Ghana and Saint Kitts and Nevis. To this end, the two countries signed the following:

i. Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of a Political Consultation Mechanism between the Government of Ghana and the Government of the Saint Kitts and Nevis;

ii. Agreement between the Government of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Government of the Republic of Ghana on Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports; and
iii. Bilateral Labour Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Ghana and the Government of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis for the Recruitment of Ghanaian Medical Professionals.
Present at the bilateral meeting were the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP) and other senior Government Officials.
