Ghana President, Mahama Appoints Baffoe as Ambassador to Spain.

Ghana’s President, John Dramani Mahama on Tuesday commissioned Mrs Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe as Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Spain.
Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe is a multi-talented Ghanaian public figure whose career spans modeling, acting, entrepreneurship, and diplomacy. From dominating Ghana’s movie industry to representing her country abroad, she is a notable example of how cultural influence can transit into national service.

Born on 27th April, 1967 into a Muslim family as the first of nine children, she attended South Labadi Experimental School and St. Michael’s International School before proceeding to Accra High School for her secondary education. She later pursued higher education at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Service and Governance and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
Mrs Baffoe Represented Ghana at the 1990 Miss Model of the World pageant. Won recognition including Miss Model of Africa . She is widely regarded as one of Ghana’s most respected and enduring film stars.
She is married to Anthony Baffoe, a former Ghana international footballer and CAF official.
