The High Commissioner-Designate of Nigeria to Kenya, with concurrent accreditation to Somalia, Ambassador Danlami Ibrahim has presented his Letters of Credence to the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud at the Villa Somalia in Mogadishu.
During the ceremony, the Nigerian Principal Envoy conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR to President Mohamud of Somalia and reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with Somalia.
The Ambassador also reiterated Nigeria’s readiness to deepen collaboration with Somalia in key areas of Security and Counter-terrorism, Trade and Investment, Education, Diaspora Management and culture.
