The city of Abuja the Nigerian capital literally stood still as Diplomats, Policy makers and friends and promoters of Diplomatic Digest held its 5th Year Anniversary Lecture at the prestigious Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

Not even the heavy rains shortly before the program commenced could deter the invited guests. Amidst very tight security, and the ambience of the cursory environment, the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar who was represented by his SA Media and Communication Strategy, Alkasim Abdulkadir in his keynote Address set the tone for the event.

A very thought provoking Anniversary Lecture themed Nigerian Technical Aid Corps And the Bola Tinubu 4D Foreign Policy: The Journey was delivered by the Director General NTAC, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub.

The event which was under the distinguished Chairmanship of Dr. Kingsley Kuku, former Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan and Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Program was a day of glitz and glamour.
