Kwara State First Lady, Two Others To Bag Diplomatic Leadership Award in Abuja.

Her Excellency Ambassador Prof Olufolake Abdulrazaq, wife of the Governor of Kwara State and Chairperson of Nigeria Governors Spouses Forum (NGSF) is one of the distinguished global citizens to be decorated with the Diplomatic Leadership Award at the Diplomatic Digest 5th Year Anniversary Lecture, scheduled to hold at Nicon Luxury, Abuja on Thursday, 31st July, 2025.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar will be the Special Guest of honour at the event, while Director General of Nigerian Technical Aid Corps, Rt.Hon. Dr Yusuf Buba Yakub will deliver the Anniversary Lecture with the Theme ”Nigerian Technical Aid Corps and the President Tinubu’s 4D Foreign Policy: The Journey So Far”.

Speaking to Journalists at the pre-event media Parley in Abuja, Publisher/Editor-in Chief of Diplomatic Digest, Kennedy Ikantu Peretei, appreciated members of the Diplomatic Corps for their support in the last five years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, especially the Honourable Minister for steering the ship of Nigeria’s Foreign policy with experience, courage and uncommon determination, citing the recent rescue of Nigerians who were stranded in the Central African Republic. Peretei also eulogised the DG of NTAC . Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub for stepping into the responsibility of availing the world his thoughts on the 4D Foreign policy of the Federal government using the Agency he presides over as the launch pad at the Lecture.

Others who will be honoured at the event are Hon. Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, Special Envoy to the Ghanaian President John Mahama on Inter-faith and Ecumenical Relations and Ambassador Davisha L. Johnson, the Goodwill Ambassador to Georgia, USA and a global advocate for unlocking opportunities for Africans in Diaspora through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
