Signing Ceremony of Joint Declaration on return of Benin Bronzes from Germany
The historic signing ceremony of the return of Benin Bronzes and Bilateral Museum Cooperation between the governments of Nigeria and Germany held in Berlin. Ambassador Zubairu Dada, Minister of State Foreign Affairs and Mr. Lai Mohammed, Minister for Information and National Orientation were all in attendance.
The Nigerian Ambassador to Germany, Amb. Yusuf Tugar and the DG National Commission for museums and Monuments, Prof. Abba Tijani expressed great joy at the event.
